Breaking Bad Habits

Feeling like you can't stop a bad habit? Try this: 

When to use:

Activate the yellow setting. Think about how strong the desire to do the bad habit is with the TouchPoints on (scale of 0-10), wait 30 seconds, and see if the desire to do it has reduced. Repeat until the desire is minimal. If you still keep doing the bad habit, do it with the TouchPoints on and notice that over time your desire to keep doing it may lower enough to where you won't do it anymore.
